  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers (if mentioned)

3. Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for return
  2. Share product images (if required for verification)

5. Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping

  • If available, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product to our return address
  • In case of self-shipping, shipping charges may be reimbursed (if applicable and approved)

6. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers need to provide bank account or UPI details for refund

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested size or product is not available, a refund will be issued instead

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear images or videos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
