  • Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Policy on Cancellation

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Issues with payment authorization
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed without any deductions.
